Service Description
Homeschool Portfolio Development is a comprehensive and advanced art program for homeschool children designed to deepen understanding of the impact that art has had on civilization while nurturing each student's artistic voice. This year-long program runs from September to May and is divided into quarters, each exploring segments of art history, cultural connections, and applied art-making approaches. Throughout the program, students develop personal portfolios that showcase their learning and abilities. They gain proficiency in various art media and tools, aiming to create a final, personal piece that reflects their artistic growth and individual expression. We also organize several local field trips to explore how professional artists forge careers in their creative fields.
